Answer: If you are falsely accused of kidnapping, you can plead to false imprisonment as the lesser charge, or aggravated assault as a lesser charge or whatever else the prosecutor constructs as a lesser offense. I suspect that the prosecutor will not offer you anything other than kidnapping.
