Question:  Facing child cruelty and reckless conduct charges because moved gun from arm rest to glove compartment and school faculty member says pointed it at her...turn myself in tomorrow what am i facing?

Answer: Story sounds strange. Why would school staff report the transfer of the gun from the arm rest to the glove box, and accuse you of pointing the gun at her if you were acting like a mature person having a pleasant conversation. Oh...wait a minute..you were arguing and threatening, and then moved the gun from the armrest to the glove box in an effort to intimidate her.
